02 | Do I automatically get a confirmation when I submit a
Schedule Inquiry form?
When will I find out if you have my time or not?
We check telebridge orders between 8 AM Pacific Time - 4 PM Pacific, Monday - Friday,
except US Bank Day holidays. If we have not responded to your order yet, we may
be with other customers and clients. Someone should be checking your
order and getting back to you in time to get you a number with in 24 business day hours (sometimes with in
minutes or an hour or so),
so long as you have paid for bridge rental time and been clear in your order.

03 | Is it pretty easy to get time on the phone bridge lines?
We have excellent availability, especially for those who want regular standing
conference call times and can't seem to find them anywhere else. We still maintain access
to Bay Area lines, however, this is limited so you will want to inquire if you must have
a Bay Area number.

04 | What are the easiest telebridge times to get?
Time availability varies by day of the week and from month to month.
It is usually worth inquiring about a time you want because we manage the bridge lines
well and have excellent availability, especially on our mute-mute lines (which are the
highest quality in the market that we have found). Once you
inquire about time
we can give you a sense of availability and you can make your decision from there.
Some people book their desired times out over a year in advance to guarantee
having the same time and telephone bridge line number. You can also ask us about
getting your own line 24/7 where you would never need to schedule with us.

05 | How much advanced notice is needed?
You are welcome to make last minute requests, but we generally recommend you
give 24 business day hours. We check telebridge orders between 8 AM Pacific Time - 4 PM Pacific, Monday - Friday,
except US Bank Day holidays, and 1-2 times most weekends (not always).
If we have not responded to your order yet, we may be with other customers and clients. Someone should be checking your
order and getting back to you in time to get you a number with in 24 business day hours,
so long as you have paid for bridge rental time.
Conference call orders are processed in the order we receive them. Payment
must be made for confirmation of the telephone bridge line/ telebridge number
to be completed. Once we review your bridge rental
request and/or your account, we may see that you need to purchase more time to cover your
bridge rental order before we send your confirmation. Conference call orders
are only filled for paid for bridge rental time. As long as you have paid for
telephone bridge time, we should be able to get you a number
with in 24 business-day hours (generally 24 hours from the time
you ordered it during the business week).

06 | If we go over an hour, and only have an hour reserved, what happens?
There is always the chance that another group is scheduled for a telebridge call right after your call. This
is one reason why the lines are "community" based. If you think you might go over, book extra
telephone bridge rental time. If you don't use it all, you will still pay for the
bridge time, but it is priced so inexpensively you can afford to do it,
especially compared to other services.
Using a telephone bridge line is based on the honor
system, so if you went over on your time and there was not a bridge call after you, we expect you
to pay for it or tell us to deduct the conference call time from your account. We do also check lines to make sure
people are using them at the appropriated starting and ending times. We have found, however, that
our clients are very respectful in using the bridge lines. Many of our clients
have been renting with us for years.
If you are at all concerned that your bridge call may run over,
simply schedule some "buffer" time. And, again, if you did go over and the bridge was available for you
to do so, we count on you to let us know so we can debit your bridge line log (time pack)
for the time or so you can buy the bridge rental time needed to cover it. Thanks!
